Q: What is online banking?

A: Online banking is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer with an Internet connection to conduct your banking online.

Q: What can I do with online banking?

A: You can view account balances and transaction history, transfer money, and download transactions to a personal financial manager and much more.

Q: Is any of my personal information stored in the online banking product?

A: Yes, the online banking product stores your User ID, password and user preferences.

Q: What accounts will I be able to access through online banking?

A: You can access your checking, savings, investment and loan accounts from the online banking service. Our online banking product is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.

Q: How much account information can I view at once?

A: The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Preferences, you can choose to view the current month and the previous month. Or, you can choose to view your account from the current date to same date of the previous month.

Q: Can I view my account details in more than one way?

A: Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, payee, amount or balance in ascending or descending order.

Q: What formats can I download my transaction history in?

A: Internet Banking supports downloads to Quicken®, to Microsoft MoneyTM or as a comma-delimited text file.

Q: Can I schedule future transfers?

A: Not at this time. But in the future, you will be able to schedule open, future and recurring transfers.

Q: When can I use online banking services?

A: With online banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q: Is there a demo available for me to try?

A: Not at this time.

Q: How long can I be inactive before being logged out of the online banking product?

A: The inactivity timeout default is set for 10 minutes.

Q: What is required to use the online banking service?

A: All you need to use online banking is a secure browser that supports 128-bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®, America Online®, Safari, Firefox or Chrome. You can use any computer that has Internet access.

Q: How do I access online banking?

A: You will need a password to access online banking for the first time. You can call us at 314.962.6363 or 618.239.6363 (toll-free 1.800.719.6363) and say or press 6 during normal business hours (Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Sat. 8 a.m.-2 p.m.) to set up your password.

Q: Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?

A: Yes, after you use your assigned password to log in for the first time, you will be required to change your password. You also can go to My Profile at any time and change your password.

Q: What happens if I forget or lose my password?

A: Just call us at 314.962.6363 or 618.239.6363 (toll-free 1.800.719.6363) and say or press 6 during normal business hours (Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Sat. 8 a.m.-2 p.m.) and we will take you through the steps needed to get back into the system immediately!

Q: Do I have to give my email address to be set up for online banking?

A: Yes. We use email to contact you with important information about your online banking account.

Q: How do I update my email address in online banking?

A: In online banking, select "My Profile," then "Email Address." (You may also be prompted to update or change your email address in a similar screen upon login.) Your email address will appear in the first field. If this is the address you wish to use, simply reenter it in the second field. If you wish to use a new email address, enter it in the first field and confirm it in the second field. Click "Submit." Note that the fields are case-sensitive; both fields must match exactly before submitting.

Q: Can I view my statements in online banking?

A: Yes, you can view all the content you see in your paper statements — including account balances, transaction activity, electronic funds transfer information, year-to-date interest and error notification procedures — inside online banking with our eStatements. The benefits of eStatements as opposed to traditional paper statements include more convenience, quicker statement access, greater security, less clutter and a more environmentally friendly touch. Log in to online banking, then select "Online Statements" from the "Additional Services" drop-down menu.

Q: How do I sign up for eStatements?

A: If you are already signed up for and using our online banking service, all you need to do is click on the "eStatements" tab within online banking and accept the eStatement disclosure that will appear. Click here for more help, if neededYour first statement will be available for you to view the following month when you click on the "eStatements" tab. Over time, you will be able to view up to 12 months of you statement history thought this same tab.  If you have a Visa® credit card through the credit union and want to go paperless and receive eStatements for it, seperate action is required.
