Our online banking provider, Intuit, has notified us of a phishing campaign that involves fraudulent emails purporting to be from TurboTax. This campaign does not specifically target Arsenal's members or staff, but because we offer TurboTax to our members through online banking, it's important that you are aware of this attempt by a third party to harm your computer under the TurboTax name.
The emails inform the recipient that a tax return has been rejected and urge him/her to download further information from an attachment. This email is not from TurboTax or Arsenal Credit Union, and you should not open the attachment, which contains malware. Below is a sample email provided by Intuit:

If you receive an email like this, do not open the attachment, and do not forward the email. Delete it immediately.
