If you're using your ACU debit card, the key to getting reward points is to sign the receipt of purchase (or the electronic pad at the checkout counter) instead of entering your personal identification number (PIN) to authorize the transaction. In other words, have the transaction run as "credit" rather than "debit." At some stores, this means pressing the red (cancel) button or the green button to bypass the PIN option. The money still comes out of your Arsenal checking account and won’t show up as a credit card charge. If you aren't given the option to run the transaction as credit, be sure to ask the cashier how.
