- Open an Arsenal Credit Union checking account.
- Payments are debited from this account.
- Set up AccessPoint Internet Account Access.
- Call us at 314.962.6363 (or toll-free 1.800.719.6363) during normal business hours.
- Log in and click on the Bill Payer button on the left side of your screen, then select "click here to register."
- Enter your information.
- Submit the application.
