This position will be responsible for overseeing and handling all daily operations of the teller department. Duties include processing financial transactions for members, cross selling and referring products and services to each and every member served, managing the teller department schedule, balancing a cash drawer, ensuring department staff are trained, handling member complaints, overseeing the vault and acting as a vault teller, ensuring proper encoding and balancing of checks before sending to the Federal Reserve, and other duties as assigned. The chosen applicant must have a thorough understanding of credit union security systems and state and federal regulations affecting the teller area.
Minimum qualifications:
The selected applicant must have a selling and cross-selling aptitude and initiative to lead the teller department with sales and referrals
